Poor telephone receptionist service and e-mail responses, some laser therapists are better than others, and can be hard to book an appointment to fit your schedule as they get booked up very quickly in advance and can be unflexible. Price can be affordable especially on special offers but normally limited to first 10 customers. Appointments don?t always run on time up to 15min late and staff just chit chat and ignore you, not very professional. Not sure about cleanliness/hygeine as i never see them wipe things/ throw used spatulas away/change paper but have been assured they do? at the end of that day its cheap here and what you get is what you pay for.
